It’s often said that Capgemini’s heart is situated in Les Fontaines. Throughout 2017, that sentiment came true. Our campus affirmatively showed up for “Move Fifty,” an internal initiative benefiting three wonderful causes,* all while quickening Capgemini team members’ heart beats by organizing four races in the most magnificent spot imaginable, Les Fontaines’ 52-hectare grounds. Such a great way to discover and enjoy the site!

Nearly 2,000 employees also participated in a digital rallye, created just for the occasion, like a fun treasure hunt on the history and culture of Capgemini.

And as work often begets a break, the campus also made a Capgemini-colored birthday cake and refreshing cocktail. So participants in the many internal Group events partook of our savoir faire in that matter!

*For its 50th birthday, Capgemini launched “Move Fifty,” inviting team members to walk or run for the benefit of three good causes:

  • girls access to education in disadvantaged areas of India;
  • building an elementary school in a village devastated by flooding in Guatemala;
  • training in computer programming for children in disadvantaged neighborhoods in France.

Employees covered over 400,000 km over the last 4 months.
