Working on the content
The success of a corporate event depends, among other things, on the quality of the content and its proper organization. For this, the Campus provides experts in meeting facilitation, all from its ecosystem of partners.
They are key to increase participants' satisfaction. They can work on the entire event or on one or more of the sessions planned on the agenda.
Their job is first to identify and clarify the purpose and objectives of the seminar. They will then work with the steering committee to build all or part of the event and determine the agenda. Whether it is a plenary session or a workshop, they will ensure that the event runs smoothly by energizing the exchanges or by timing them according to the circumstances. Finally, they will summarize and assess their intervention and suggest areas of work to continue the reflections initiated.
It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Based on this promise, scribing now accompanies many seminars and meetings. Its principle? The scribe illustrates the meeting and the ideas produced in real time. The realization is done on large wall murals or on digital media.
