The summer universities of MACIF gathered nearly 150 participants at the Capgemini Campus Les Fontaines on the theme of customer experience. “We had three structuring words at this university that were enthusiasm, attention and sincerity. And we precisely found these living the Les Fontaines Experience. Also, we enjoyed modularity as the auditorium was specially adapted for the occasion: We installed a TV studio on stage which helped us provide very professional dimension to our scenography.
