On the Christmas menu? Chantilly cream, of course!

It evokes Santa's beard, the snow of the Alps, but above all, it's out of the question to come to Chantilly without tasting it! What sacrilege! To awaken your senses, we've created this gourmet cloud in Madagascar vanilla, mint and gingerbread flavors. With its crunchy wafer cone and varied toppings such as pink pralines, speculoos, fresh fruit... You're in for a treat, during a break, at lunchtime or as an after-dinner treat!

New Year's dessert: the flan of our childhood

Mickaël, our pastry chef, has a passion for flan: " I have a personal weakness for this dessert, which reminds me of my summers spent in Portugal with my grandmother. Starting with the traditional Pasteis de Nata, I then concocted a recipe for a full-flavored, creamy homemade flan. At the Campus, I was able to adapt this recipe to create the " Les Fontainestrio of flans" with vanilla, pistachio and chocolate flavors. I confess I have a weakness for vanilla, because of its sweetness and the island spirit it evokes.
This trio is now available as a dessert or on selected breaks.
