Over two days, 300 participants enjoyed an immersive experience designed to recognize performance, strengthen team cohesion, and foster a lasting sense of collective momentum.

With the support of a dedicated Event Manager, the organizer received personalized guidance at every stage, from conception to execution. Drawing on a deep understanding of the challenges involved, Les Fontaines crafted a bespoke event: a seamless, progressive experience structured around a clear overarching theme, ensuring consistency and impact throughout.
A schedule packed with highlights
The event kicks off with a plenary session in the auditorium, a launch that sets the stage and sets the tone for the entire day. The second highlight is an awards ceremony punctuated by a live musical performance, which celebrates achievements and turns recognition into a unifying and memorable moment.
