Transforming a venue to host a major event
The spaces at Les Fontaines are being transformed to meet the unique requirements of this event: our conference rooms are being turned into presidential offices, our studio is being converted into an interview room, and our reception areas are being transformed into lounge spaces.
Outside, a temporary 900-square-meter structurehas been set up at the foot of the château, facing the pond, to host dining events in an exceptional setting. Every detail has been carefully designed to offer a unique French-style experience, featuring an exclusive menu by Guy Savoy, which enhances these moments of conviviality.
A collective effort in support of a major event
More than 150 staff members and partners were involved during the three-day event. In the lead-up to the event, the Fontaines teams undertook extensive preparatory work to design a human-centered and operational framework that was perfectly aligned with the conference’s objectives and high standards. A dedicated concierge service, the presence of a night manager, and enhanced security protocols: every detail was carefully planned to ensure a seamless, secure, and flawless experience for all participants.
This orchestration relies on close coordination between the teams and service providers involved, whose adaptability, responsiveness, and attention to detailenabled them to support the event with discretion and excellence, while meeting the strategic expectations of a high-profile gathering.

For over 20 years, Les Fontaines organizations design customized events tailored to address their most strategic challenges. This expertise is underpinned by the personalized support of a dedicated event manager, who acts as the project’s conductor and ensures its success.
