Corporate Social Responsibility: designing events that sustainably transform
The Campus Serge Kampf Les Fontaines helps transform companies and their employees. It does so by designing and delivering events that sustainably transform. Every year, this represents some 250 events and 50,000 participant-days.
The Campus adheres to the 7 values of the Capgemini Group, of which it is a wholly-owned subsidiary. These values, at the heart of an ethical and responsible company, are: honesty, boldness, trust, freedom, fun, modesty, and team spirit.
We are aware that our activities have an impact on the environment, the economy, and society. Therefore, we are committed to identifying and meeting all applicable legal requirements and to continually measuring and improving our performance in these matters.
In doing so, we have chosen to focus our work on objectives we feel are essential:
Reduce greenhouse gas emissions through commitments based on four pillars: reducing energy consumption, preserving natural resources, reducing and recycling waste, and raising awareness of clients, suppliers, and staff.
Create a lasting economic balance for the company and ensure responsible purchasing.
Ensure a work-life balance for our employees and establish transgenerational solidarity.
This present policy transversally incorporates the duty of inclusion (by speaking with employees, clients, partners, and local actors), the duty of vigilance (by making everyone a player and part of the CSR policy), the duty of integrity (by following ethics rules in our relationships with various stakeholders), and the duty of transparency (by regularly communicating about our practices and their results to all stakeholders).
As part of our responsible management system, we are committed to providing support and all resources necessary to follow this policy. We undertake to update and assess sustainable development objectives in order to achieve ongoing improvement, the results of our actions being submitted to Management Review at least once a year.
