200 people against climate change with Betsy Taylor
The fight against climate change is Betsy Taylor's main concern. For over 40 years, Betsy Taylor has organized international conferences through non-profit foundations, to raise awareness of the climate threat among decision-makers. She chose the Campus Les Fontaines to bring together over 200 people to discuss alternative agriculture, which contributes both to improving the climate and boosting health through healthier eating. "We had superb meeting rooms, very good meals, but also wide-open spaces where we could go and recharge our batteries in contact with nature before resuming bitter discussions."
